Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know.
Returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in the UK and 7 days in Nigeria, provided they are unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings, personalised, engraved and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
